Hunt and Allison played regularly with young friends from around the Monadnock region, ranging in age from 13 on up. We could bring a small or large band to events, and provide a rich and full sound, reminiscent of the contra dance bands of the early to mid-20th century. At the Nelson New Year's Eve party 2014, an old-timer was heard to mention that he hadn't heard a band like us since the Canterbury Country Dance Orchestra of the mid-1970's!
